As I am considering setting part of my opening in the 1950s I have created mood boards for the possible female clothing and male clothing and props.
Music and Sound
I am going to use either Kevin MacLeod's compositions, which is music under the creative Common's Licence, Free Sound or a radio recording prior to 1957, such as interviews with the then current film stars.

For the first half of my opening sequence I am going to film the celebrations of my own grandparent's 50th wedding anniversary. As I had no real control over the actions of the guests I planned to film mainly before they arrived and therefore had an opportunity to dress the 'set' how I wished...
For the second half of the filming however i have decided to use my local park... (Click on the picture to view more)
As there are very few buildings surrounding the park, it is perfect for a 1950s setting without needing to mask anything.
I located a bench at the far end of the park where the main filming action will take place...
